I have over five years’ experience supporting a variety of provider types credential, contract, bill, and receive reimbursement for their crucial services. I have a special interest in working with massage therapists and therapists/mental health workers. Insurance can be a complex bureaucracy, and my role is to navigate it on your behalf with knowledge, transparency and efficiency. I have familiarity with all major private insurance companies as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims.
Growing up with a mom as a therapist, I saw firsthand the challenge of balancing clinical work with all of the long phone calls, confusing forms, and frustrating denials that insurances threw her way.
